RESERVATION TERMS:

If you wish to book accommodation, you must fill out the booking request form.
You will then receive an email confirming the availability of the requested property as well as a link allowing you to make payment.

-You will have two options: either pay the entire stay or only a 50% deposit, then we will send you a payment receipt.

CAUTION :

-A deposit between 500 and 1000 euros will be required for any rental accommodation. It must be given to us on the day of your arrival and will be returned to you on your departure if nothing has been damaged.
-A rental contract will be drawn up upon your arrival indicating the internal regulations.

CURRENT RULE:

-It is strictly forbidden to bring Moroccan guests into the property. Sex tourism is severely punished by Moroccan law. Drug use is the same. Any violation of these two rules will be punished by the immediate exit of the tenants without reimbursement.
-In case you would like to invite friends this is entirely possible, we simply ask you to notify us so that we can give instructions to the security agents.
-The accommodation will always be secured either by a caretaker if it is a detached house or by a security agent if it is a residence.

- Check-in between: from 3 p.m. – Check-out no later than 12 p.m.

CANCELATION :

The deposit paid is not refundable (except in the event of border closures)
In case of full payment 50% of the amount received will be refunded if the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
